This mostly occurs a few weeks or months before the expected launch of a feature film.
The history of this industry dates by to the days of Walt Disney who was the pioneer of cartoons and their airing on television. This were steps being made in the United States of America and later on, this steps were also made by other revolutionary people across the Asian continent. They quickly followed and emulated what their counterparts in the east had already accomplished.
