The real estate market is improving. The economy is picking up. There are more resources, funding options and government incentives. It is a great time to start your own business.

The industrial age is over. The time when you by getting a good education and working securely in a corporate world all your life and then retired wealthy are long gone. Today all employees working their way up the corporate ladder should be laying the groundwork to quit by the time they are 40 and start their own business.

Today entrepreneurs have many advantages. Obama has signed 18 tax cuts for small businesses. One of the reasons is because they need to drive economy forward. According to the Small Business Administration small businesses account for 99.7% of the employer firms in this country, 64% of the net private-sector jobs and almost 43% of the total private-sector payroll.

Start-up costs are also lower today than ever before. If you choose wisely, you get a lot of support, training to get started and the world is getting smaller each day, so you should think globally, not just locally. All big companies were once small and it is up to you to develop it to a large global cooperation. There was never better time than NOW.
