Chicago Actors Are Very Professional

By Jerri Perry

Chicago actors are great people and they really know how to entertain an audience. These are very skilled individuals who have worked their way to the top while enduring many personal struggles. People are very familiar with Sean Hayes, Gillian Anderson, Dennis Franz, Fred Savage, Jim Belushi, Robin Williams, Dennis Farina and Barbara Bain.

Sean Hayes is a great entertainer who was born in Illinois some decades ago. He really gained the respect from many fans when he starred in the hit American sitcom "Will And Grace." For years this young man refused to tell people his sexual orientation to anyone within the film and television industry. Everyone around knew that he was gay but Mr. Hayes said nothing.

He eventually talked to "The Advocate" and told his entire life story to them. Months before this coming out story happened Sean went on to star in a Broadway show. Unfortunately the critics wanted a straight man to portray the male lead instead of Sean. The show's leading lady wanted Sean to continue on in this event since she admired gay men.

Sean decided to shut everyone up by telling the truth about his sex life. From this point on he lives his life as a very happy gay male. Nowadays he has tried his hand at producing even though he played the main character on a show called "Sean Saves The World." The series was very funny but it just could not get an audience since Americans have no respect for gay people.

Robin Williams is a very famous Illinois performer who has been around for many years. He first gained worldwide recognition with his portrayal of Mork in a show titled "Mork And Mindy." This series went on for several years and finally jumped the shark in 1982. After this was over he found major success in many movies.

Real life detectives are very intrigued with Illinois born Dennis Franz who gained recognition on "NYPD Blue." Mr. Franz loved to show off his large body to the fans during many episodes. He did not mind being nude if the script called for this request.

Everyone who watches "Saturday Night Live" remembers John Belushi's younger brother Jim. This man stayed with the comedy program for a few seasons before moving on to films. He has not been as famous as his brother John but he has gained many fans.

The great Barbara Bain is one of the many Chicago actors who has made an impact on this world. She first gained fame from the series "Mission Impossible." Barbara portrayed Cinnamon Carter who was the only female within this cast of very good looking men. She was also married to Martin Landau who had a major part in this show. After she left this show the producers could never find an actress quite elegant enough to take her place. Barbara and Martin went on to star in the United Kingdom series "Space 1999." This show was very exciting and colorful and it cost a fortune to produce each and every week.
